At Sun Gate Dental, we proudly serve as your trusted family dentist, providing advanced, specialized dental care for patients of all ages in a warm, family-friendly environment. As prosthodontists, both of our doctors bring exceptional expertise to each case, often treating complex dental conditions with precision, compassion, and high-quality materials. We are in-network with Delta Dental and Medicaid. For all other insurance providers, we are considering an out-of-network practice. As a courtesy, we will submit your insurance claims on your behalf. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within 30 days, and any remaining balance is your responsibility. Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.
